Job summary

A degree in logistics or related field is preferred, with HVAC experience and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3 years of related experience in HVAC industry, 1 in management.
• Experience in materials management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Global Manager, Materials Controls and other managers to coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, and usage of materials.
• Closely monitors and controls inventory levels and proactively acquires or moves materials to meet production needs.
• Provides input on the evaluation and improvement of materials management processes and policies.
• Leads, trains, and coaches Supervisors, Materials Control employees for the location.
• Ensures safe and efficient warehouse operations at all locations.
