About This RoleThe Materials Control Lead is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, compliant, and efficient movement of materials across the facility. This role would be a co-lead for a team of 6–10 employees, coordinating daily activities including inventory control, and shipping/receiving in a cGMP environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational flow, partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QC, and Planning to meet production timelines. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve operational challenges while maintaining compliance. This position operates with a high degree of independence and reports into site operations leadership, contributing directly to overall facility performance.Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
