Black & Veatch supplies skilled personnel for construction support in Beech Island, SC. The role focuses on material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing to keep the project on schedule. It also requires maintaining the Material/Inventory Management System and coordinating with engineering and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.

The position emphasizes a safe, fast-paced work environment, with on-site responsibilities and potential relocation considerations as projects demand.

Competenze

• Minimum three (3) years relevant experience without a degree.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Mansioni

• Receipt, inspection and documentation of incoming/outgoing materials and equipment.
• Plan and maintain project site receiving rules, laydown areas and warehouse space.
• Train staff on proper receiving, storage and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials/equipment.
• Maintain the Material/Inventory Management System and track preventive maintenance where applicable.
• Monitor surplus, scrap and salvageable materials and coordinate with vendors.
