Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Field Project Controls Manager for a lump sum EPC project in Beech Island, SC. You will lead a diverse team of cost control and scheduling professionals, developing advanced concepts and ensuring project controls excellence across home office and site operations.

The role requires directing planning, scheduling for startup, and managing risk with PM leadership, while coordinating with subcontract administration and site teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling
• Alternate: 12+ years in Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling without a four-year degree
• Experience leading EPC project teams in home office or field office

Responsibilities

• Establish and supervise cost control, planning and scheduling for complex EPC projects
• Coordinate risk management discussions and interface with PM team
• Oversee subcontract administration and field office controls implementation
• Ensure compliance with Field Project Controls Manual and processes
