Abzena in the United States is seeking a Materials Control Coordinator II to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials in a cGMP environment, while documenting daily warehouse operations.

You will perform ERP data entry for material transactions, verify incoming materials against specs and purchase orders, and support quality assurance and inventory control activities.

The role requires 2+ years in materials management, GMP experience, and strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to read SOPs and translate them into daily tasks.

• Support and work within the quality management system.
• Perform timely and accurate data entry in ERP for material transactions.
• Receive incoming materials and verify against specs, vendor docs, and purchase orders.
• Maintain receiving documentation to comply with internal procedures.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve supplier invoice issues.
• Support QA/QC to ensure timely testing and release of materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventories as needed.
• Pack and ship materials and samples to customers or testing facilities.
• Assist with client audits and maintain supplier relationships.
