Job summary

Terracon is seeking a senior project manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities include planning, resource coordination, risk management, progress reporting, and client communications. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of related experience are required; a PMP/PE/PG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with minimum 5 years' related experience or 9 years' related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small to medium projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with approved safety plans.
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget with clients or NAM.
• Coordinate resources, prepare plans, reports, and change orders as needed.
• Communicate project status with clients and teams, and monitor progress against plan.
