Job summary

Terracon in Cincinnati is seeking a qualified professional to manage facilities, environmental, or geotechnical projects from initiation through execution. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to scope and budget while coordinating with clients and vendors.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology and several years of related experience; PE/PG certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology) and minimum 5 years’ related experience, or 9 years’ related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) registration preferred.
• Experience with client-facing project management and coordinating with vendors or subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a small to medium sized project.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with client.
• Develop and implement project plan; monitor progress against plan.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety plan.
• Coordinate resources, prepare calculations, designs, reports, and work specifications.
• Communicate project status to client and project team.
• Coordinate with APR for oversight and timely reviews.
