Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Commodities Services Tech I in Simpsonville, SC to support day-to-day warehousing activities including picking, packing, shipping, and reclamation. You will assist with inventory replenishment and preparing materials for return to supply centers, while learning MAXIMO and eMax systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate lift equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate fork-lift equipment and basic hand/power tools.
• Experience with inventory and work-management systems is preferred.
• Good communication with internal customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship materials to Customer Delivery facilities.
• Perform inventory replenishment and material reclamation tasks.
• Prepare new/used materials for return to inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and yard areas.
