Staffmark Group in Harlingen, TX is hiring a Materials Clerk for Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Pay rate: $16–$20 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of data entry, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory and warehouse data accurately in internal systems.
• Process inventory paperwork, scanning, indexing, and record verification.
• Support cycle count reporting and inventory tracking activities.
• Utilize SAP and/or Oracle systems for inventory management and reporting.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc inventory reports as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain organized records and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.
