The position is a 6-month contract with a day-shift schedule. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs, wearing PPE, and coordinating with cross-border teams in Mexico for daily priorities. Knowledge of Oracle/ SAP MRP and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with hands-on physical work: lifting up to 35 lbs, plus bending, reaching, and climbing to access and assess inventory.
• Experience with Oracle MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) or SAP MRP.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Move, receive, pick, and count material in the warehouse — physically demanding on-the-floor work.
• Use Oracle and SAP for cycle count reporting, inventory data entry, and cost rolls.
• Accurately enter and proof high-volume inventory, warehouse, and related data.
• Coordinate with cross-border partner facilities to align daily priorities.
• Prepare reports and support other departments as needed.
• Work within an industrial manufacturing environment with PPE (safety glasses, ear plugs, ANSI footwear).

Our client is hiring a Materials Clerk to support inventory and warehouse operations at a manufacturing facility in Harlingen, TX. This is not a desk job. It's a hands-on role that splits time between computer-based data work in Oracle and SAP and physical warehouse activity — picking, moving, receiving, and counting inventory. A Typical Day

Start by coordinating priorities with the team in Mexico, review the day's priorities, then head out to the warehouse to support the materials clerk team — picking, moving, and counting inventory throughout the shift.

What You'll Do
