Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities:

• Source raw materials from domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage contract negotiations and supplier communications.
• Issue RFQs for short- and long-term material demands.
• Resolve pricing issues, complaints, and supplier performance concerns.
• Lead supplier negotiations and travel domestically/internationally as needed.
• Collect market data on crops, pricing, and manufacturing processes.
• Assess supplier risks based on supply chain continuity and quality.
• Support global purchasing and sustainability goals.
• Utilize technical knowledge to understand chemical processes and raw material quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Minimum 5 years in purchasing/technical roles. Raw materials required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills (Excel, ERP).
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and quality management.
• Supervisory experience required.

Preferred:

• 5 years working with ERP systems.
