Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. in Louisville, CO is seeking a Raw materials batch maker/ Pouring associate to mix raw materials, follow SOPs, and support the pouring department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic math, solid recordkeeping, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English proficiency and safety/quality adherence are essential; forklift training is provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.
• Must pass post-offer background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Mix raw materials according to production formulas and procedures.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safety and consistency in production.
• Perform titrations and quality checks to verify material specifications.
• Transfer raw materials between tanks, drums, and shipping containers using pumps and pressure systems.
• Maintain accurate batch records, production documentation, and container labeling.
• Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Support pouring department as needed; assist on production lines when not mixing materials.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Forklift certification training provided after hire by Aragon Elastomers.
• Wear and maintain required PPE as mandated.
