Job summary

Eravant is seeking a Warehouse/Kitting Associate in Torrance, CA to accurately assemble kits, pick components by part number, and maintain inventory records. You will operate in a clean, safe environment and follow ISO 9001/AS9100 practices while using our ERP system.

Responsibilities include packing, shipping documentation, cycle counts, and consistent data entry, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and adherence to ESD and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in kitting/shipping/receiving/stockroom preferred.
• ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems preferred.
• High accuracy with part number selection and physical kitting.
• Comfortable using computers and working in an ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, prints, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by accurately picking required components and matching exact part numbers.
• Handle and pack products for shipping and maintain accurate counts.
• Segregate, organize, and maintain inventory per FIFO, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
• Ensure accurate selection of serial and lot numbers via physical and digital methods.
• Assist with receiving counts, stockroom organization, and digital document filing.
• Maintain safety and ESD compliance and keep work areas neat and organized.
• Record data and complete digital forms for kitting activities and inventory adjustments.
• Support inventory requests and on-floor parts delivery via forms.
• Escalate issues to ensure processes are followed and compliant with procedures.

Description

• Efficiently assemble kits by accurately picking required components by matching exact part numbers among varied and similar configurations.
• Handling and kitting numerous and small, delicate components and hardware with care while maintaining accurate counts.
• Responsible for segregating, organizing, and maintaining inventory per FIFO, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
• Ensure accurate selection of serial and lot numbers via both physical and digital methods while kitting.
• Assist with basic digital and physical parts organization via bin for both inventory and stockroom
• Assist with scanning in and saving proper documents for receiving
• Assist with receiving counts and receiving as necessary
• Assist with standard packing of products
• Assist with entering standard domestic and international shipments
• Responsible for quickly escalating any issues or discrepancies to ensure processes are followed.
• Assist with physical inventory count and maintenance per company procedures.
• Accurately record data and complete digital forms to maintain records of kitting activities, including completed kits, inventory adjustments, and any issues or incidents encountered during the process.
• Support inventory requests and delivery of parts on the floor via form.
• Responsible for following the company’s safety and ESD regulations at all times.
• Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guidelines.
• Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience work in kitting/shipping/receiving/stockroom environment preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience working under ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems is preferred.
• High accuracy with part number selection and physical kitting.
• High attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy on a daily basis.
• Very comfortable using computers and working in an ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, prints, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English.
