Job summary

Eravant is seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Associate to efficiently assemble kits by matching exact part numbers and handling diverse components with care.

You will maintain FIFO inventory, verify serial/lot numbers, assist with receiving and shipments, and record data for inventory accuracy, all while following ESD and safety guidelines. A HS diploma and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High precision with part number selection and kitting.
• Experience in kitting/shipping/receiving/stockroom preferred.
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and an ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, prints, safety rules and work instructions.
• Basic written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by selecting exact parts and matching part numbers.
• Handle and kit numerous small components with careful counting.
• Segregate, organize and maintain FIFO inventory with lot/serial numbers.
• Verify serial/lot numbers via physical and digital methods.
• Assist with bin organization, receiving documentation, and shipments.
• Enter data and maintain records for kitting activities and inventory adjustments.
• Follow safety and ESD regulations; keep work areas neat and organized.
• Escalate issues to ensure processes are followed and support on-floor delivery.

• Efficiently assemble kits by accurately picking required components by matching exact part numbers among varied and similar configurations.
• Handling and kitting numerous and small, delicate components and hardware with care while maintaining accurate counts.
• Responsible for segregating, organizing, and maintaining inventory per FIFO, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
• Ensure accurate selection of serial and lot numbers via both physical and digital methods while kitting.
• Assist with basic digital and physical parts organization via bin for both inventory and stockroom
• Assist with scanning in and saving proper documents for receiving
• Assist with receiving counts and receiving as necessary
• Assist with standard packing of products
• Assist with entering standard domestic and international shipments
• Responsible for quickly escalating any issues or discrepancies to ensure processes are followed.
• Assist with physical inventory count and maintenance per company procedures.
• Accurately record data and complete digital forms to maintain records of kitting activities, including completed kits, inventory adjustments, and any issues or incidents encountered during the process.
• Support inventory requests and delivery of parts on the floor via form.
• Responsible for following the company’s safety and ESD regulations at all times.
• Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guidelines.
• Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience work in kitting/shipping/receiving/stockroom environment preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience working under ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems is preferred.
• High accuracy with part number selection and physical kitting.
• High attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy on a daily basis.
• Very comfortable using computers and working in an ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, prints, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English.
