The Material and Process Technology (MPT) department at DTNA is looking for a Materials Engineer to join our team to help fulfill our mission to push the boundaries of materials and chemistry and redefine what is possible. The MPT Materials Engineer is responsible for providing material and process analysis expertise throughout the product lifecycle of traditional and advanced drivetrain components, as well as welding and joining support. The MPT Materials Engineer works closely with internal business partners, such as Research and Development, Quality Management, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Management. MPT adds value to our customers from ideation through end of life to ensure Daimler Truck fulfills its mission to keep the world moving.
We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000 – $115,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
