Employee Workplace in Batavia, OH is hiring a Materials and Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory management, sourcing, shipping/receiving, and overall supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels, confirm deliveries, and help keep production schedules on track. Strong Excel skills and a background in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, supply chain, or materials management
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, or industrial environments preferred
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and ERP or inventory systems
• Working knowledge of BOMs and inventory tracking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase parts, materials, supplies, and equipment
• Create and manage purchase orders and vendor relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate material records
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Track delivery schedules, backorders, and supply chain disruptions
• Coordinate returns, warranty claims, exchanges, and vendor credits
• Support production schedules by ensuring material availability
• Maintain organized inventory storage and documentation
• Collaborate with production, project management, and operations teams

Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time
