Advantage Technical is seeking a Materials and Supply Chain Coordinator in Batavia, OH to support purchasing, inventory management, sourcing, shipping/receiving, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This full-time role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in procurement, vendor management, BOMs, and ERP or inventory systems; strong Excel skills are a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, supply chain, or materials management.
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and ERP or inventory systems.
• Working knowledge of BOMs (Bills of Materials) and inventory tracking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase parts, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Create and manage purchase orders and vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate material records.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Track delivery schedules, backorders, and supply chain disruptions.
• Coordinate returns, warranty claims, exchanges, and vendor credits.
• Support production schedules by ensuring material availability.
• Maintain organized inventory storage and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, project management, and operations teams.

Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Keep production moving and make an immediate impact. We are seeking an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory management, sourcing, shipping/receiving, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, supply chain, or materials management
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, or industrial environments preferred
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and ERP or inventory systems
• Working knowledge of BOMs (Bills of Materials) and inventory tracking
