Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Analyst for an onsite role at our Arden, NC facility. The position focuses on leading data integrity, material planning effectiveness, and demand planning accuracy across ERP platforms to ensure reliable planning signals and inventory control.

Responsibilities include optimizing MRP/MPS processes, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data health and planning execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
• Relocation is not available; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integrity across Vista, OEI, and Mapics to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor and improve MPS and MRP run accuracy to translate demand into material requirements.
• Review, maintain, and optimize MRP planning parameters for better inventory performance.
• Analyze planning discrepancies and drive corrective actions for MPS/MRP consistency.
• Develop and maintain KPIs related to ERP data health, planning accuracy, and material management.
