RTX is seeking a laboratory support technician to prepare samples, analyze materials, and maintain documentation. The role requires setting up instruments, calibrating equipment, and entering results into databases while following CORE and EH&S guidelines. The position is onsite with a 6th shift (Mon–Thu, 6 AM–4 PM, 4x10).

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to wear a respirator; strong attendance and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED in the US, with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Must have reliable attendance and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare samples and perform analyses on materials with established methods.
• Set up instruments and calibrate equipment.
• Organize, report and maintain records of analysis.
• Enter test results into databases and support continuous improvement.
