Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Faribault, MN. This role involves shipping and receiving, moving parts and finished goods, and operating a yard tractor to position trailers for loading and unloading.

You will use rigging gear and a powered industrial truck, inspect equipment, and perform safety checks. Daily tasks include packing, packing, and maintaining accurate shipping documents while ensuring accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand written English.
• Experience operating a powered industrial truck (PIT) and rigging equipment.
• Ability to stand for majority of shift.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, and moving parts, materials, and finished goods.
• Operates a yard tractor to move trailers and position for loading/unloading.
• Uses rigging equipment to lift and load/unload cargo.
• Unloads/loads with a powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Inspects equipment and conducts safety checks.
• Completes shipping/receiving reports and records.
• Unpacks shipments, notes damages, and coordinates with shipper.
• Moves items to/from storage or production areas.
• Maintains inventory location data in the computer system.
