Innovairre is seeking a full-time 1st Shift Material Handler at our Mount Pleasant, IA facility. You will assist in a print manufacturing environment, focusing on reducing errors, meeting client expectations, and maintaining safety. Sign-on bonus of $500 and benefits after 60 days are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Printstream Software a plus.
• Experience operating electric jacks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a full-time – 1st Shift Material Handler - experienced or willing to learn all aspects of managing material in our Iowa facility. This position is responsible for assisting in a print manufacturing environment with a focus on reduction in cost related errors, exceeding client expectation, and driving a safe workplace. Prior experience as a Material Handler is a plus.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Printstream Software a plus.
• Experience operating electric jacks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Able to lift and move 15-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand on concrete for 10-12 hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and stretch on a regular basis.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.
• Must demonstrate reliability through attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to foster team cooperation.
