Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Material Specialist for a 100% on-site contract in Las Vegas, NV, Oct 5, 2026 – Sep 19, 2027. The role covers warehouse inventory, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, with CDL Class A required in Nevada.

You will operate forklifts and pole yard cranes, manage material handling equipment, and ensure safety and orderliness while maintaining clean facilities.

Job Title: Material Specialist

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Position Type: Contracted - Oct 5, 2026 – Sep 19, 2027

Job Type: 100% On-site

Pay range: $30/-hr to $35/-hr on W2.

Position Overview:

• Performs any and all warehouse inventory functions in order to maintain and operate the warehouse.
• This includes but is not limited to manual and clerical duties in conjunction with receiving, storing, returns, transfers, picking, staging and issuing supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Unloads and unpacks incoming materials.
• Places, shelves and racks stock of machine, hand and construction tools.
• Measures, counts, cuts, creates, marks and stencils materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
• Keeps the premises clean.
• Operates vehicles as required to execute assigned tasks (including deliveries, purchases, etc.).
• All Material Specialists must have and maintain a Class A Commercial Drivers' License (CDL) in the State of Nevada.
• Operates special pole yard cranes to receive, load and unload poles, large transformer and cable reels, switches and other heavy equipment, and determines location and reordering of same.
• Operates forklifts and various material handling equipment.
• Supervises the orderly accumulation, and removal of scrap materials.
