Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Material Specialist in Rockledge, FL to support shipping and receiving operations. You will enter data for finished goods labelling, perform quality inspections, and manage packaging and inventory tasks to ensure accurate processing and timely shipments.

The role requires strong math skills, attention to detail, and solid PC and communication abilities. A team-oriented environment with adherence to HSE standards is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills and accurate data entry.
• Excellent typing and PC skills including Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Enter data to computer to generate finished good labelling in preparation for shipments.
• Follow all quality inspections required for finished good packaging.
• Calculate dimensions and weights as required; verify and process documented packing instructions.
• Respond to inquiries, provide directions and other information to operators as needed.
• Prepare any range of special or periodic reports relating to departmental activity.
• Finished goods inventory processing
• Manage overflow and work in process partial finished goods out-processing
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards.
• Perform duties within standard methods with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Ensure quality sampling requirements are met in accordance with documented requirements
• Support shipping department as required

What you will be doing

• Enter data to computer to generate finished good labelling in preparation for shipments.
