Sonepar USA Inc. is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator for field-based work in the Dallas area. The role involves coordinating material solutions across customer sites, performing on-site scanning, and ensuring accurate stock levels and organized setups.

You will travel locally with occasional overnight stays, interact with customers, and document counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs. A high school diploma and ability to learn job-related software are required.

• Act as the on-the-ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required for the role.
• Occasional overnight travel as business needs dictate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in learning and using job-related software and mobile applications.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with minimal desk time.
• Capable of remaining seated for extended periods while driving.
• Capable of performing repetitive lifting and other physical job duties on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field.
• Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management, job site support, or field service work.

Environment

This position is field-based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites is required, with occasional overnight travel. The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, and hands‑on material handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location. Regular use of company systems, mobile devices, and applications is required, and minimal desk time is expected, as the role is primarily active and operational in nature.
