Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a detail-oriented Receiving/Warehouse Specialist to verify inbound shipments, perform lot/serial checks, and ensure traceability across ERP/WMS systems. You will coordinate with quality, supply chain, logistics, and production to support on-time builds in a regulated aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting documents, applying barcodes, and maintaining records; familiarity with SAP/Oracle/IFS/NetSuite and barcode platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years receiving/warehouse or material handling in manufacturing/aerospace environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS receiving transactions (lot/serial capture, put-away) and RF scanners.
• Able to read and reconcile POs, packing lists, and supplier certifications.
• Familiarity with part numbers/revisions and basic drawings/specs; data accuracy.
• Experience with ESD/FOD controls and hazmat handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments against POs and packing lists.
• Perform quantity, part number, and revision checks; document damage or shortages.
• Execute ERP/WMS transactions; capture lot/serial numbers and storage locations.
• Print/apply barcodes and labels; ensure traceability of materials.
• Route hardware to IQC per inspection plans; stage or quarantine as required.
• Maintain receiving documentation (C of C, MTRs, calibration certs, SDS).
• Manage nonconformances: NCR initiation, segregation, MRB support.
• Comply with ITAR/EAR controls, hazmat handling, and safety procedures.
• Perform put-away, transfers, kitting, and line-side delivery to support production.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks; follow rigging and packaging standards.
• Collaborate to resolve receipt issues and expedite critical hardware.
• Support cycle counts and dock-to-stock time improvement.
