Job summary

The co-op will participate in supplier quality data analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions, with daily 8–5 hours, to gain hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-high school education.
• Day shift 8am–5pm Monday–Friday.
• Engineering/Science majors with graduation in 2027 or 2028 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier quality data and trends.
• Investigate raw material root causes.
• Implement corrective actions at internal processes and suppliers.
• Communicate clearly with suppliers about issues.
• Review quality documentation and specifications.
• Support MOC tracking and admin tasks.
• Assist with audit preparation and follow-up actions.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and KPIs.
• Support drawing/specification validation and improvement.
