• Interfaces with Material Program Managers, Buyers, Accounting and Production Control.
• Verifies and distributes material in the yard with delivery dates.
• Reads and understands purchase order requirements.
• Collaborates to utilize excess material before ordering new items.
• Interfaces with receiving warehouse to validate PO vs receipt.
• Organizes and files documents per department requirements.
• Develops metrics on material system health and status.
• Coordinates with Parts Master, Planning and Engineering for new parts.
• Compiles weekly program material status reports.
• Supports program goals for material health and production.
• Follows safety, environmental policy and quality system guidelines.
• Overtime as required; reports daily and on time.
