Bollinger Shipyards, Inc. in Pascagoula, MS is seeking a Production Coordinator B - Paint to oversee and coordinate the paint production process, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. You will manage material flow, scheduling and inventory, work with engineering and planning teams, and supervise staff as needed.

Proficiency with MS Office and ability to read blueprints are essential. This role requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in production planning or assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in related disciplines including production planning or assembly work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to draft manufacturing procedures.
• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate production flow and material movement to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Order materials and coordinate with warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, material, and other crafts to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain paperwork for receipt and movement of material, including environmental records.
• Operate forklift to receive and deliver paint and paint-related materials.
• Lift and move heavy materials as required.
