Job summary

RTX Corporation in McKinney, TX is seeking a Materials Program Manager to join the GSC interface with the PMO, onsite. You will forecast material needs, coordinate with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A, and drive risk/opportunity management using ROM and MFT tools.

The role supports program start-up, baselining, and proposal content, including CAPA supplier management, audits, and licensing. Strong communication and matrix leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, SAP.
• Experience with Proposals and proposal management.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Interface with PMO and report program status to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using MFT and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunities using ROM Tool to improve predictability.
• Support GSC new program start-up activities, baselining, and proposal content including CAPA management.
