Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology (AT) Team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this role, you'll be working with internal research and development projects (IRAD), capital projects and universities.
You'll create and execute Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure. This position supports a product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment. In this role you will be taking a proactive stance in supporting, the technical area directors (TAL's) and the principal investigators (PI's) with material procurements, delivery and movement between business units.
