Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) in support of the LADS SBU and PF&M SSBU for a program located in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will be directly accountable for ensuring overall program execution of materials management including cost/schedule/quality, and management of supplier performance. To be successful, the candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal and external management.
The ideal candidate will have financial, contracting, proposal development and negotiating experience and have had project management responsibilities including, but not limited to material forecasting, Estimate at Complete (EAC) risk and opportunity management, briefing in customer forums, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, budgeting and financial management, issue, and conflict resolution.
