Job summary

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a Planner II to ensure material availability supports production schedules, customer demand, and operational commitments. You will coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, quality, and scheduling to resolve shortages.

Using Epicor Kinetic and planning systems, you will review MRP output, analyze planning risks, maintain data accuracy, and support timely release of jobs or purchase requirements. This is an onsite role with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of material planning or related supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP systems to review MRP, demand, supply, and inventory.
• Strong analytical skills, data accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP output and identify planned orders, shortages, and demand changes.
• Own job readiness review including material availability and BOM alignment.
• Maintain/update planning parameters and ensure accurate data.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, inventory control and scheduling to resolve constraints.
• Provide planning updates in meetings and reviews; mentor junior planners.
