Form Energy, a U.S. energy storage company, is hiring a Material Planner to safeguard supply of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies for pilot lines and production sites.

You will manage PO creation, coordinate supplier updates, and assist warehouse and accounts payable to resolve parts issues. Ideal candidates bring 1–5 years of relevant experience, a self-starter mindset, familiarity with Purchasing and Procurement, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Formación

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Self-starter/independent work style.
• Familiarity with Purchasing and Procurement processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Oracle ERP system experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and follow up on creation of Purchase Orders in our ERP system.
• Coordinate with suppliers for clear to build updates and summarize parts needing escalation.
• Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting issues regarding parts receipts.
