ABB in Medley, FL is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment professional to own end-to-end inventory planning, from purchase requisitions to customer invoicing, and to coordinate material delivery with vendors.

You will set inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder points, lead times), generate POs, support internal customer service inquiries, and escalate risks to prevent project disruptions. Requires 10+ years in supply chain and SAP/ERP experience.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Manager__In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. This position is located in Medley, FL.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI - HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Work with vendors to coordinate material delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays proactively.Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.Generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure the timely delivery of all necessary materials.Identify potential material shortages, supply chain issues, or logistical problems and escalate or mitigate risks as needed to prevent project disruptions.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree; Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred5+ years of experience performing inventory management, stock planning, and material requirements planning (MRP) analysis5+ years of material planning experience related to import and export processes.ERP/SAP systems experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsetKnowledge of import and export documentationWhat's in it for youWe want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
