Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Manager__In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.Job Responsibilities:Support the site supply planning processRelease Purchase Orders (POs) for Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)Support PO release activities and follow up on pending paymentsConduct regular vendor payment follow-ups to ensure timely processing and resolution of payment delaysCreate and manage tickets for urgent payment requests and escalationsInvestigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and payment-related issuesCoordinate closely with the warehouse to resolve sales order (SO) issues impacting shipping and delivery activitiesEstablishes and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.5+ years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain operations, order management, or materials handling.Proficiency in Purchase Order (PO) and STO/STPO management.Demonstrated experience in vendor and supplier relationship management.Strong knowledge of invoice reconciliation and payment resolution processes.Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain coordination.Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and supply chain software.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and escalate when necessary.Strong follow-up and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What's in it for youWe want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
