Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking reliable team members for our Columbus, Ohio facility to support the production line on the 3rd shift. You will stage materials, verify components, operate electric pallet jacks, and ensure accurate SAP paperwork.

You will perform quality audits, maintain clean safety-focused work areas, follow SOPs, and train new team members as needed, while contributing to on-time line readiness and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and navigating around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Staging and replenishing materials for the production line.
• Verify component numbers and ensure proper paperwork and SAP stickers.
• Move components and finished goods with electric pallet jacks.
• Scan finished products into SAP and maintain records.
• Perform quality audits and verify label placement and batch codes.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace in compliance with FDA and company standards.
• Follow safety protocols and train new team members as needed.
• Assist as backup Equipment Operator and support overtime as required.

General Information

3rd Shift Monday - Friday 10:30pm-7:00am

Pay: $17.50/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished, and ready when needed with materials like bottles, caps, and pumps.
• Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place.
• Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods, prepping pallets for warehouse transfer.
• Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records while acting as a gatekeeper for quality.
• Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
• Perform quality audits, checking label placement, batch codes, and overall product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets FDA and company quality standards.
• Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility.
• Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members.
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation with accuracy and care.
• Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion.
• Show up consistently, pitch in when overtime is needed, and take on other tasks as assigned.

What We Need from You

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, wear PPE, and work well with others.
• Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Be able to work in a climate-controlled, moderately loud production area.
• Stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
• Navigate around motorized equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
