Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant work experience.
• 4–6 years related experience in materials management, procurement, inventory control, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Teams; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support material and inventory management activities across multiple facilities.
• Assist with new item creation and maintenance.
• Sync and maintain material data between Maximo and SAP.
• Support SOX compliance and inventory-related processes.
• Assist with inventory analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with storeroom personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve material/inventory issues while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
