Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the material handling systems. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/controls issues, and use CMMS data tools. A flexible schedule and teamwork with senior staff are part of the role.

Minimum two years in industrial maintenance with related education or certificates is preferred; Vocation training is advantageous. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics.
• Competency in at least two of: mechanical power transmission, electrical, or PLC/controls.
• Military experience considered.
• Associate degree or related certificates may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative and predictive maintenance on material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/controls issues in the system.
• Enter and retrieve data using CMMS software; follow safety standards.
• Support small scope projects and assist higher-level technicians as needed.
