Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at the Prairie Du Chien Distribution Center to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on material handling systems. You will troubleshoot electrical, PLC/controls, and mechanical power transmission issues, read schematics, and use CMMS to manage work orders.

The role requires at least 4 years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to work a flexible schedule in a non-climate controlled

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; trades/tech education preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial maintenance with proficiency in mechanical power transmission and electrical/PLC/controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults using electrical, mechanical, and PLC knowledge.
• Read electrical/mechanical schematics and manuals to support repairs.
• Enter and retrieve data in CMMS; support small local projects with defined scopes.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule and shifts as needed.
