Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the distribution center's material handling systems, performing preventive and predictive maintenance across mechanical power transmission, electrical, and PLC/controls.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair components, read mechanical drawings, use CMMS for data, and participate in projects across shifts in a safety-conscious environment. Some exposure to PLCs and electrical systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics experience with competency in at least two specialty skills.
• Familiar with reading mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient in using digital multimeters and interpreting electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/controls issues.
• Utilize CMMS to enter and retrieve prescribed data.
• Support smaller projects and work across flexible shifts as needed.
