Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a hands-on Material Handling Supervisor to lead hourly, bargaining-unit staff supporting daily manufacturing production in Toledo, OH. A Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED.

You will oversee material receiving, lineside delivery, troubleshoot issues in real time, and drive lean improvements to protect throughput and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include supervising material flows, managing staffing and training, coordinating with union leadership, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED for this hands-on supervisory role.
Experience supervising hourly/bargaining-unit employees in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead hourly, bargaining teams in material receiving, staging, and production delivery.
Troubleshoot material flow/throughput issues and reallocate resources quickly.
Monitor and replenish lineside inventory; prevent shortages and downtime.
Manage manpower (absenteeism, training, shift coverage).
Partner with union leadership on team member concerns.
Manage material handling equipment and safe operating procedures.
Complete daily reporting for safety, quality, throughput, and inventory control.
