Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington in Monroe, WA is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee donated goods flow in the production area and support multiple production lines. You will coordinate dock, staging, and transportation activities, while ensuring a safe, efficient environment and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of production/warehouse experience, and 6–12 months of supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year production or warehouse experience required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience is needed.
• Familiarity with dock equipment and lifting techniques encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Dock and Staging staff with production areas, transport, and the Production Manager.
• Maintain good working relationships across production departments.
• Write periodic performance reviews for reporting personnel.
• Audit material moves to salvage and production floor for quality.
• Oversee baling of salvage textiles and scrap metal operations.
• Requisition supplies and manage inventory on hand.
