Job summary

Fastenal Services Material Handling in Winona, MN is hiring for a full-time role focused on moving and stocking products within our distribution facility. You will receive, stock, and pick items for manufacturing and repair processes while upholding safety and organizational standards.

The position requires lifting up to 100 lbs, basic math, and strong teamwork. Shift is Mon-Fri, 7:00am–5:00pm, with potential flexible schedules after onboarding and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude and attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined and able to learn
• Highly motivated, self-directed, customer service oriented
• Able to work multiple tasks in fast-paced environment

• Willing to work a flexible schedule

• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs and up to 100 lbs
• Pass drug screen per US requirements

Responsibilities
