Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Fastenal Services Material Handling, you will facilitate the movement of product through the distribution facility to company owned stores. You will be receiving, stocking, and picking product within our Service Centers for use within the manufacturing and repair processes while maintaining safety and organizational best practices. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading and unloading product
• Inspecting product for quality and accuracy
• Pulling orders and packaging product
• Moving, handling, and stocking product
• Operating a scanner and printer to label product
• Complying with safety regulations

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Mechanically inclined
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is $30,000 - 45,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
