Fastenal Co. in Winona, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Material Handler for our 1801 Theurer Blvd facility. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, focusing on keeping material at machines, loading trucks, and returning unused material.

You will maintain inventory, ensure timely delivery to machines, and support multiple teams with material handling. Candidates should be 18+, with strong communication, math, computer skills, and a customer-service mindset; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
