• Must be certified, licensed, or accredited in the state where the center is located.

• Provide career technical training to students using approved curriculum.
• Plan and implement instructional units to help students gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes for the industry.
• Tailor facilitation to diverse learning needs and preferences.
• Administer hands-on activities and classroom simulations.
• Model and teach the use of information technology as essential for workplace success.
• Monitor student progress and document attendance and career plans in Job Corps systems.
• Provide personal and educational guidance to students.
• Meet Department of Labor (DOL) and company statistical goals for the assigned trade.
