Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners is hiring a Project Manager to support full-cycle execution of material handling automation projects. This developmental role provides mentorship from experienced managers and involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The position requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 3 years in related project work, and proficiency with AutoCAD, E Plan, and MS Project. Openings in multiple US locations including Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial material handling or automation project work.
• Strong understanding of AMHS system architecture and functionality.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, E Plan, and MS Project is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing material handling automation projects from concept through completion.
• Support development of project layouts using AutoCAD while considering safety, quality, and functionality.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to align design and layout details.
• Gather and analyze data to guide engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during planning and installation phases.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and document technical needs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and project scope of work throughout the life cycle.
