The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in automation projects, with strong AutoCAD and E Plan skills. Excellent communication and organization are essential for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years in material handling or automation projects is expected.
• Understanding AMHS system architecture and functionality is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with E Plan, AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (MS Project required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing material handling automation projects from concept through completion.
• Support development of project layouts using AutoCAD while ensuring safety, quality, and functionality.
• Coordinate design and layout details with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Gather and analyze project data to guide engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning and installation phases and keep documentation up to date.
• Support vendor selection through bids and quotes; review technical documentation.
