Job summary

Armada Staffing Group seeks a dependable Material Handler for the 1st shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will receive, move, organize, and deliver materials to the right locations, supporting smooth production.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, be safety-minded, and able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. A high school diploma/GED is preferred. This is a physical role with standing, lifting, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move materials and products throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to the correct production or storage locations.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate material and inventory records.
• Verify quantities and materials as needed.
• Keep loading docks, staging areas, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.
• Perform routine cleaning of material-handling equipment.
• Assist with maintaining an efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.
• Communicate with production and warehouse personnel regarding material needs.
• Work independently while completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Perform other material-handling duties as needed.

SHIFT - 1st

PAYRATE - $23.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

Physical Requirements

• This is a physically active position. Candidates must be able to:

• Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Maintain a steady pace throughout the workday
