Job summary

CareerPros, LLC in Peosta, IA is hiring for 1st shift Material Handlers to support our production line. The role offers long-term temporary employment with a starting pay of 20.60 USD per hour and a start time of 6:45 am to 3:15 pm.

You will unload/load parts, apply masking, operate painting equipment for touch ups and final paint, and move parts safely around the facility. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior manufacturing experience, reach truck experience,

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production experience required.
• Prior reach truck experience required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift.
• All selected candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load parts onto conveyor system.
• Apply masking to unpainted parts.
• Operate painting equipment for touch up and/or final paint.
• Safely move painted and unpainted parts throughout facility.
• Inspect painted units coming off the line.
• Perform other duties as directed by Leads or Managers.
• Operate Fork trucks, tuggers and reach trucks.
